Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

All our products are ready to ship. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched. 

All packages are insured and trackable. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when your order leaves our warehouse.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship all orders with DHL.

 

Product

Can I return my product?

It is possible to return a product, if needed.
Please note, all items must be returned new, unused and with all original packaging and tags attached within 14 days of order receipt. The return must be announced in advance via the support. The refund of the order is usually made within 14 days after receiving your return. Size changes are not possible.
